Job Description
We are hiring a professional and well-presented Front Desk Executive to manage reception duties and serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a welcoming attitude, and experience in office administration or customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and clients professionally and courteously
- Answer phone calls, emails, and manage front desk inquiries
- Maintain visitor logs and appointment scheduling
- Coordinate with internal departments and support office operations
- Handle administrative tasks such as document filing and mail management
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times
Qualifications & Skills Required
High school diploma or bachelor’s degree preferred
1–3 years of experience in front office or receptionist roles
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in MS Office and basic administrative tools
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
